I wonder if I might ask...

• Do you have some figures from other companies which makes you think the investment is too much? Would you tell me how we stack up?
• We make a real effort to be in the middle price range for firms our size. If we are way out of line, we'd like to know that. Can you tell me more about what you have found?
• When we hear concerns about price, we feel we haven't done a good enough job explaining the value you will be getting--because usually price isn't an issue if you believe you are getting good value. What would you need in order to feel there is really good value here--enough to support this tool?
• There are numerous ways we can work with you on this that would impact cost: we can do all of the editing ourselves, your people can do some of that to reduce costs or there may be some other resources you already have that would help us. How does that sound to you?
