• Other than budget….what are the factors making you feel you need to re-evaluate the project?
• What would need to change for you to feel like it makes sense to move ahead?
• Do you think the issues urging you to re-evaluate this are real or are they perhaps covering up some other concerns people may have?
• Is your concern that you are uncertain about whether this is the best approach or whether this product is the best solution or is there something else on your mind?
